wanted white letter tires for my 97 outback, not a whole lot to pick from in stock size. what are the pros and cons, going to this size of 215,65,15 if i choose them? looking hard at the bf goodrich ta radial tire. any suggestions related to the fitment of white letter tires of stock size or the 215/65/15 is apprecated.

Those are smaller than your stock tire, so it would be fine. Speedo will read a little slow.

215/70-15s will fit, but doesn't look like anything much bigger in overall diameter will fit without rubbing, unless you put on a lift of some kind...
