Default Baby steps

I have been driving my OB up over the small steep hill on my front lawn just because I can. I have driven Miatas as my only car for the most part for years, so I am just getting used to off-pavement abilities (I had a Cherokee for one year, but never did much with it).

Today a small grass hill, tomorrow maybe a fire lane or something!

The hill is a little steeper than it looks in this picture, but it's still just a baby step. Gotta start somewhere, right?

LOL! I think they are more like pre-natal steps than baby steps.

Find yourself some easy secondary (side) NFS roads to play on.

I'm glad you see the humor in my post. What is NFS? National Forest Service? Northern Fundamentalist Streets? My best guess is Not For Scions.

LOL, yes NFS is National Forest Service. Use a gps as well as one of the most excellent NFS maps to do some real exploring.

Sick pix guys. I'm looking for some places in the Seattle/Olympia area to go. Nothing too rutted or clearance required, but I love me some mud and puddles! I can't wait to start lifting my Rubie Sue
