Default New Struts/Springs or Spacers

I have a '96 Outback and I'm trying to lift it somehow. I just was wondering whats the differences between these two options are. I also kept coming across people saying to get KYB GR2 struts and King Springs? Are these good options and how much would that run me?

thanks for any help

The King Springs are pretty pricey and often times hard to find in the US. A better option is finding some 2004+ Forester take-off struts and springs which yield about 1.5" lift. They can be found for less than 200 for all 4 usually. Another option is a 1" strut spacer but they'll run you around 250 from Subtle Solutions.

Is there any difference between adding new struts/springs or getting a spacer?

Default kings

You can get king springs easily from www.get-primitve.com (USA)
replace with struts with new KYB gr-2 struts.

I would not recommend putting take off' forester stuff as you have no idea what your getting. After 100k most struts are junk.

This stuff isn't cheap as any other mods are.. you can't cheat with cheap parts it will only cost you more in the end..
