Please search. This has been covered many times.
Outback owners with Forester struts do it again? New Struts/Springs or Spacers http://www.subaruoutback.org/forums/...-outbacks.html among others.

I'm designing strut spacers for my 97' Outback. 1" of lift with factory suspension components and factory ride but increased clearance. If you're interested shoot me a PM and I'll keep you updated as to when I get them. The fronts are all done just need to do the rears.
