Default San Francisco !!! my old hometown & place of birth.

i was there almost a week and had lots of fun!

Hung out with friends from there and enjoyed the San Francisco International film festival at the Kabuki in Japantown;

Had splendid breakfasts, lunches and dinners every single day. Shopped in a Russian store on outer Geary.

I stayed almost a week.

Old First Prsbyterian Church from out the window of the Outback - on Van Ness Avenue, with the Rose Window. I got married there on July 30, 1994. I owned a home up on Twin Peaks back then, with a wonderful view of downtown, the bay, and the bay bridge.

Explored some hidden obscure neighborhoods.

The rare (for SF) 75* weather brought out the females everywhere, in their sexies summer dresses and shoes. That was really memorable!! The women there are very stylish generally, unlike most everywhere else where velour track suits in colors not found in nature, paired with filthy tennis shoes and baseball caps is considered normal and accepable female attire for any occasion, though not by ME..

Stayed in the Hotel Majestic, at the edge of toney Pacific Heights. This was my room there; it's a restored 1902 original Victorian, that barely survived the 1906 fire and earthquake. Far away from the tourist area,and I got it for only $83.

Union Square by night. Found a legal parking space !!!! Dinner at the posh Sir Francis Drake Hotel just around the corner on Powell where the cable cars go by; I had Ricotta ravioli in Lemon Cream sauce; it was $18 there, but totally delicious !

I love San Francisco. I think it will be always my real home no matter where I am residing.

Wow! Looks like a great time. I also have had many memorable trips to The City, and would love to live there a while. I have some relatives there now - maybe its time for another visit.

The inside of that house is pretty neat looking! Looks like you had some good fun and the OB got you to it
