Default Sequoia National Park

Last week I picked up the OB on Thursday and hit the trial on Friday for 3 days backpacking at Sequoia NP. Total round trip 400+ miles.

Stay in the back country and you'll have a good trip. The masses are all packing and headed your way right now for the 3day weekend.

Agreed, seeing as I have just heard that Squaw Valley and Heavenly will be opened this weekend for Snowboarding / Skiing. Sequoia NP sounds like a great choice.

Staying local and the old landcruiser is getting butt hauling duty this weekend with family in town. Mid June we take the tent trailer for the first camping trip with the outback. Have fun and stay safe folks three day weekends can be a bit of a mad house.
