Well this is a Lilliput 7 inch touch screen. It's connected to a computer which is located under the seat.
I cut the beam between the storage compartment and the info center, and used body filler to blend the screen frame into th bezel.

I do fabricating work for people in other forums for something extra other than my regular paycheck.
If any of you guys are interested in having such fabrication done, please feel free to PM me.

This is the main screen at night time. It uses GPS to calculate sunrise / sundown time to change skin accordingly. If GPS is not avaliable, simple system time will be used.

A picture showing my head unit too, which I use its aux input for amplfying the sound from computer. It is also possible to hook up the computer to an amp to achieve 4.1.

Tell us more, what is the computer/operating system? | |
The operating system is my heavily modified Windows XP SP2. The computer is actually a VIA M10000 C4 1GHz ITX motherboard with 512M ram. The 80 GB harddisk is plenty big to store all my mp3s and map files.
