First thing I would do with that car, regardless of how it has been maintained and low miles, would be to pull the interior panels and seal and rust-proof everything - you can be guaranteed that rust has already started in the rear wheel well seams, and will start to show up not long from now.

Change all of the interior and exterior lamps to LEDs - I switched mine a while back ( Diode Dynamics), and the difference is dramatic.

Which level of OB is this one?

Moving the climate with the knobs would look funky. I thought about that on my 01 limited. The top left of the climate bezel is rounded and the other side square. I dont think it would look right. Just my .02. Could be wrong though.
