Question Engine Stuttering When Turning / Backing Up Hesitation

ISSUES :

( Random / Getting Worse ) When turning corners the car will start stuttering real bad like it is about to run out of gas. When you press the gas pedal it hesitates
when accelerating and is still stuttering. Seems to do it at low speeds when you slow down to make a turn. Also the Shaking / Vibration seems to go from the Engine
to the back of the car almost sounding like a muffler or exhaust issue. It has a roaring sound to it.

( Random ) Have also noticed popping noise at the front when turning ( Kinda sounds like a Engine Mount ) Side Note: Also Just had the ball joints / breaks / rotors replaced a few weeks ago

( Random ) Also having hard / delayed shifts

Upon first start after sitting over night the gas pedal seems stuck and have to give it a little force to start moving.

When backing into a parking space having hesitation issues like something gets locked up. Feels like it is near the Back Passenger Tire

Cracking / Popping noise coming from back of car near Passenger side tire

Going to get the Following double checked:

1. Engine and Transmission Mounts
2. Transmission
3. DriveShaft
4. Sensors Related to The driveshaft / transmission / throttle
5. Struts / Suspension both front and back
6. Gas Pedal / Tension / Throttle
7. Fuel System / Injectors

I am starting to think it may be a Drive Shaft Issue

I took to a shop last week and they said it was the Transmission.... But I really think it's something else maybe the driveshaft I seem to have all the symtoms of a bad driveshaft.

BTW

It's a 97 Sub Outback Legacy Limited
Automatic 2.5L Engine.

The thing that is puzzling me is why is the engine stuttering like it's about out of gas when making a tight turn ?

that seems like a torn axle boot on the right front, ...or it looks intact but the grease is gone.

if you remove the FWD fuse from the under the hood fuse box. ("remove" on this car, vs. insert on the later series of auto H4) what happens?
this will turn the car into a front wheel drive, so if the problem remains its in the front of the car.

what happens when you put the car on a lift in neutral and turn the wheels by hand?
