if sensor, if you put your hand in the drivers door it unlocks the drivers door, if you put your hand in the passenger door it unlocks all doors.

That all depends on how it is set. I have mine set to unlock all doors when I open the driver's door. The dealer had it set to just open the driver's door, I changed it.

You can also set the doors to unlock with the trunk. Not sure if it's an powered lift gate only feature.

I have mine set so that when I walk up to the car and open the gate via gate-button, all four doors unlock. Driver's door only that door, passenger's all the doors.

Astrid the SCUBAru and I love long drives along the coast and she's always be down to get dirty with me.

The auto-dimming high beams can be defeated by turning your headlights from Auto to Always On. I was in the country and the high beams kept dimming due to reflections and whatnot. Nice to be able to force them to high beams when you really need it.

The Starlink system is new to me. When you press the SOS button, and do not cancel, does an actual person come over the speaker?

Hopefully I'll never need to find out! Maybe someone else here has experience with that.

Reading a Subaru dealership page I stumbled across online, the 2017 models have an aluminum hood -- presumably in an effort to improve fuel economy!

It's been that way since MY 2015.

2015 limited Just wanted to know if this is correct. No light on radio volume or tuner knob? If at night you have to feel for them which I never notice until recently when driving at night . Doug
