Smile Make LED lights my daytime running lights

Hi all, I'm new here and just purchased a 2017 Outback (4cyl premium). I love the car so far. It's the first car I purchased on my own bc of my hard work as a nurse in the states. I would really appreciate anyone who could tell me a way (though aftermarket or other) I could make the cool purple/LED looking lights that surround the halogen headlights when turned on, stay on in place of those yellow daytime running lights. Thank you for any help you all could give!

Best Regards,
Loren

Been discussed several times. It's not easy - and I'm not aware of any kits available. But one forum member wired up some diodes and things to make it work. See https://www.subaruoutback.org/forums/...ml#post2658993. Decided they weren't bright enough alone as I recall and kept them on with the stock DRL.

Mods:
- Curt 2" Receiver Hitch
- Husky front & rear floor liners
- LED interior & exterior bulbs (backup, license plate, door puddle)
- Method MR 501 wheels, Titanium gray w/ Yokohama Geolandar G015 225/65R17
- Optima Yellowtop Group 34 battery
- PIAA Solar Yellow 2500 fog lamps

RIP 2016 Outback 2.5 Limited; totaled 10/14/18

Thank you very much for the response. I found one from subispeed.com, but your correct, it is not easy.

Try Diode Dynamics

I believe Diode Dynamics has a set for the Legacy which is the sedan equivalent of the Outback.
