Good for you for not letting this go. The lemon law is designed to protect consumers and I’m glad you are getting this taken care of. It amazes me how some people will just accept flaws with their vehicles and it’s such a shame. Any mass produced product can have lemons in the bunch. Subaru, Toyota, Honda, Ford, etc. if the car is not right, get it fixed. If they cannot fix it, use the lemon law.

You got this resolved on a fairly quick manner.. Here in CA, I believe the vehicle has to be brought to the dealer either 3 times for the same issue or has be to in the shop for a total of 30 days before the lemon law is applicable..

You planning to get another subie or a different car this time?
