DRL Disable (yes another one, hopefully the last ever...)

Sorry to create another DRL disable thread but I think this one will help a lot of folks out there that want to do this.

I need help from someone whoís actually done this because I just installed switchbacks to use as my DRL and want to disable the high beam DRLs.

In the attached photo, which is the plug that needs to be unplugged?? Iíve tried the larger one (#2) and that didnít work so Iím assuming itís the smaller (#1). But before I figure out how to get my hands down there I want to make sure itís the right one.

Thanks!

Think it's just a single plug to a resistor module. See here:

Figured it out at last. Removed the front bumper for a different project and saw the resistor on the drivers side. Even with the bumper off it was a pain to get to the connector because it's behind and under a bunch of wires for the hood latch and lights.
