Yet another Mcintosh radio question

Hi, Sorry I am posting something that there are plenty of threads about. I didn't know if its ok to respond to a thread from 3 years ago.

I am looking to add an Auxiliary input to my Mcintosh pf-2520I-a in my 2004 VDC. I read on one of the threads that the 03/04 units may have a plug in the back. If anyone can confirm or deny this I would appreciate it.

I am also looking at the M.Costa interface and have a few questions.
if you use the Ipod connector do you control the ipod through the ipod or through the controls on the stereo? Do you have to turn the headunit off when you shut the car off? and finally does it charge your ipod/iphone?

I looked for a CE NET to RCA plug or something similar and found ?????????? AUX ????? - Legacy/Outback | Subaru Club Forum. ????? ????????????? subaru impreza, forester, legacy, outback, tribeca, wrx sti It looks to be for a newer radio but if anyone knows anyway to get one here ill try it if its under $50. Its for 07-09 so nevermind that.

Thanks!

I've got a whole different unit that I tried installing one directly with, but from what I've heard, the "Yatour" something-or-other will work on all the older McIntosh stuff.

Kenwood DMX7704S + iDataLink Maestro, Stock H/K speakers and amplifier, JL 12W6v3 HO Wedge, JL XD1000/5v2 adding some kick. (Not hooked up yet: Hertz Energy component speakers)

Ok I've been looking at that. Also the clarion brand one. Does the yatour use the head unit controls?

Just posting this to follow up. I purchased the Yatour and installed it. I use an 80gb ipod classic. The aux works good but the usb doesn't work with the Ipod. It charges but wont play or allow you to use it. I was hoping to be able to charge and control the ipod through the factory controls.
I have not put music on a flash drive or SD card yet to see how that works and what the max GB is for those options. So far this is what Ive found as being a good way to get an aux cord for the factory Mcintosh.
