96 Legacy with Outback struts and lift springs vs 94 Legacy

On the right (white) is a standard 1994 Legacy wagon. On the left is a 1996 Legacy wagon with KYB GR-2 Outback struts, scorpion/king springs lift springs, and 225/60R16 winter tires.

Hi sorry I didn't realize you asked this question until now! The red vehicle is a '96 Legacy, with simply Outback KYB GR-2 struts, and King Springs Outback lift springs for that year. No actual lift kit involved. :) Also it has Outback size tires on it, 225/60R16 I think it is.

I noticed you have mounted fog lights on top of the bumper, how did you do that ? Is that angular bar attached to the top of the plate holder.
