Correction on being wrong about my phone. I cab get 2D view with "travel up" while navigating on my phone. But still not on AA.

I guess I was wrong about navigation with 2D travel up on my phone. I can only get 2D north up. Apparently google maps doesn't have navigating with 2D travel up capability. Travel up in 3D mode only. Bummer.

Rocky: Your suggestion works. I changed my Work address to a McDonalds in Reno, NV. No more work icon on the map screen. I live in the midwest. Some day when I get energetic I will do Walkers method of resetting the factory data anr reenter all my favs, etc. Thanks again.

Thanks Rockyp. I might give that a try to see how it works for me. My thought is still Subaru should include the option to delete those two favorites also. **** I didn't need to know my work address. I drove it every day. Some of their ideas sure seem odd to me. I like Walker's solution...

Hey thanks Walker that's grest news, I think.. Do you mean that it erases all of the bluetooth devices, phonebook, favorites, etc. or does it leave all of that in place? I'll give it a go if I don't have to reenter all that stuff and go thru the bluetooth connections again.

How do you get to the dealer settings? I don't remember seeing that option anywhere.

They are not VIN locked, or they cannot be shared among cars?

Also, is there any way to delete HOME and WORK addresses from the Favorites list? I know they can be changed but I can't find any way to delete them.
