25 ft lbs and you just have to get the engine jacked up one side at a time. Unplug your AF sensors and release the wires from the retainer, drop the manifold pipes, remove the mount nut, jack up one side enough for the lower mount stud to clear the cross member, remove the bolts from the top of the mount and work it out the front side. Bolt in the new, tighten the upper bolts, drop the engine and do the other side. After both sides are done, install the lower nut, put the pipes back up, and plug in your AF sensors. Probably take you about an hour, hour and a half in a garage/driveway. Everything is 14mm hex head.
