Okay, I installed B-Quiet in all the door panels, and the car is incrementally quieter. Though it was already pretty quiet, except when driving on coarse chipseal or grooved concrete. Now I'd like to install the stuff on the "trunk" floor (a wagon) and in the rear quarter panels. It seems I got all those trim and carpet parts off when I did the rear shocks, but I can't remember how to get them off.

Anyone help?

Start off by taking off the plastic trim piece near the rear door latch.
(long black strip)

Everything else lifts strait up once you get that piece out.

Are you doing this for road noise or an audio install?
You are adding mass to the car which will cut down rattles and some road noise, but you should be adding some other materials as well.
