That's interesting. I wonder if the 19mm RSB is compatible on the '13s, and if so, whether it's worth it to "upgrade."Rear sway bar is 16mm on the 2013 OB. They most likely just use the bar from the Legacy which was 16mm since 2010. My 2010 OB was 15mm
Hmm, that is kind of lame. My 2011 handles much better with the 19mm sway bar but is definitely still on the understeer side of things. I would have expected Subaru to go straight to that, especially since they squarely addressed a few other issues based on owner feedback on the `10-`12 model.Rear sway bar is 16mm on the 2013 OB. Maybe because a bigger sway bar is not the simple answer??Hmm, that is kind of lame. My 2011 handles much better with the 19mm sway bar but is definitely still on the understeer side of things. Umm there is more than one way to adress body roll. The 2013 handles better than my 11 legacy did so out handling a 10-12 outback is a no brainier. Subaru enhanced the suspension by balancing the changes through out the whole car. Not by applying a simple back yard trick. Everyone needs to get over this 19mm or nothing thinking.Thats interesting. I thought the suspension "improvements" on the 2013 were supposed to eliminate the body roll on the Outback....![]()
Reduce by 40% != Eliminate. Really.Thats interesting. I thought the suspension "improvements" on the 2013 were supposed to eliminate the body roll on the Outback....![]()
