We have a 15 Forrester that has 95k miles on it. It has been great for us. We got another car but I am keeping this as a 3rd car and going to give it to my daughter in 4 years.


I want to plan for the 100k maintenance. What should I have done from the dealer?

There’s a 90k,a 96k, a 102k... 90 is usually a bigger one.

Replace:
Engine oil + filter
Engine air filter
Brake fluid

Maybe spark plugs if they have never been done.

HVAC filter maybe if you haven’t changed it at the last interval.

If it has a CVT, some will recommend changing the fluid in that too, although Subaru says it’s not necessary (there are enough threads about that, can look them up).
