I've searched my butt off but can't find the answer. Have a 2000 Outback wagon Limited. Wife just sank $3,500 into the 4eat (against my advice) and it shifts funny. Under hard acceleration, the shift between any gears is delayed. The transmission dude gave us a 2 year warranty but says it's the TCM. He's not going to do anything about it. Shifted fine before the repair. So I went to junk yard and got one out of a 2003. It's a 31711 AG36A. Any concerns before I plug it in and see that he's wrong? I'm sure he probably just replaced the broken gear and slapped it back together without replacing all the solenoids although he says he did. Thanks in advance!
