I have a 2001 OB 2.5 AT. The clutch was engaging intermitantly and i replaced the master, slave cylinder, clutch, flywheel, throwout bearing, and knock sensor. And still the same problem persists. The clutch will not engage fullly and the RPMs tach up untill it somewhat engages through all of the gears. I need help.

Manual? What you posted relates to a manual but you put AT.

If the hydraulic fluid is not bled out completely, its like a MC, no pressure. If there is an obstruction in the line between the slave and clutch cylinder then it is allowing for pressure to reside on the slave even though your foot is off the pedal.

How much trash came out of the line when you flushed it?
