I am rebuilding my 2005 Baja (210,000 miles).. I need the plastic end caps for the sports bar where it attaches to the bed and to the roofline..

any help would be wonderful.

Looks like they are all discontinued. Best bet is to get the part numbers and start using google/eBay to find used or old stock for sale.

I have an 05 and an 06 Baja at the house and both of them, the plastic cover at the base of the roll bar is cracked. I have been looking for a year and not found any.

Then again I looked for 8 years for a hood scoop for my VDC wagon and finally ran into one out of China. And it is carbon fiber. Go figure.

See if this type of fitting can help - you can find a suitable diameter online/ car shop for few bucks

If you have the old parts, 3D printing copies of the parts is always an option.
