2007 OB Wagon 2.5 low idle

Short story long, I had a P0303 code so I took it in to dealer and they did the plugs, problem persisted and I went back and bought the wires and that took care of the issue. This was late last week, today, Tuesday, I pull into the office and check engine light is still on. I pulled the Neg cable to reset it and put it back on and now its idling very low and the gas pedal doesnt react for the 1st 1/4 of the way down then it will react and almost jump into gas. Any pointers?
