Can someone tell me what brand the original equipment tires were?

What's on there now is the TURANZA SERENITY PLUS 225 55R17.

Was wondering if anyone has a tire they like in particular for their Subaru?

These Bridgestones have been pretty good, I've had no complaints. :nerd:

I've been rolling on Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3 for a few years- phenomenal 3-season tire. Extremely quiet and smooth. Great until you hit full winter, but I swap in snow tires for the 4th season. They were a little pricey and the tread goes more quickly than others, but that is typical for this class of tire.

I understand there is a new version of it out now, so the name is slightly different today.

no such luck for a proper listing. but when I zoom in 250% on these pics. = some type of bridgestones used on all. "potenza" I can see on the limited rim.

I have to be out for my job in all types of weather. What snow tires are you using? This little incident has me thinking being able to stop is as important as being able to go. LOL

I always loved Michelin tires when I had them. I just noticed I had no complaints about these Bridgestones - until the other day! But not really the tire's fault, just one of those things.
