Can't seem to figure out what these are for.
One each side covered by spring rocker panels.
New owner. Anyone?

If they swing down the are probably hooks to hold plastic grocery bags from sliding around the back.

Just wish that the pop up/down hooks were mounted several inches higher so a plastic grocery bag would hand, under tension, on the hook(s) thru normal driving.........love the idea though!

Around here we have to find a different use as plastic grocery bags are banned.

Then what would I use for kitchen trash bags and other tasks, buy another plastic bag ? Multi use now that's recycling.
