I am wondering if there are others with the same issues. I have a 2016 Outback 2.5i Limited that seems to have electrical issues. First, the fuse for the cigarette lighter in console near the shifter kept popping when I charged my phone. The dealer's solution, don't use that port. Instead, use the port in the center console. Ok fine.

Now, my driver's side from window 1 click up/down function doesn't work, and the passenger's side front window won't go up or down from the driver's side. From the passenger's side, the 1 click up/down function doesn't work as well. I've taken it in 4 times for this issue. Every time they reset the window memory, and within a few days the issue returns.

Has anyone had the same issue?

Hows the alternator? If its overcharging it could be popping the fuses. Parts stores will do a free battery test and can tell you if your alternator is acting funny. You can also check it yourself if you have a multi-meter.
