Yes it is available - but what's confusing is that it seems like the same part number is used for that lower trim whether it has the outer light or not, so you may need to discuss it with the parts department instead of just ordering it by part number.

I see - so if I had specified a base Outback the list of parts would be different even if the diagram is the same. Makes sense now.
