So I'm considering going a little wider on my next set of tires, once my stock ridge stones wear out. Anyone tried this size on these wheels? Feedback and pics would be great. I plan on getting the Continential Purecontact tire.

I'm fairly certain I've seen 245/55 done on the stock 18 and I was planning to use the same, inorder to get the pilot sports a/s 3

Yes, you're right. I was basing it off a 19" wheel. 235/55 would be a hair smaller. 28.6 vs 28.2 diameter

Did you go with 235/55 R18?
I am thinking to got this way just because of availability, the diameter difference is small but It would be great to hear real world experience.
