I have a 2010 with the 2.5. braking sucks on the car. Can the 3.6 brake components be fitted on a 2.5 model. I have the 17" wheels.

thanks.

You might consider upgraded pads. (StopTech Street Performance is an affordable option for spirited street and occasional track driving)

Has the brake system been well maintained? Do you run decent tires?

better pads and fresh fluid will probably solve your "problem." itd be easier to find brembos off an STI, im pretty sure theyll fit from all years, a few folks have em. or maybe youll get lucky and find the brakes from a 3.6r when that person upgrades to brembos.
