Decided to try this as a sticky for the newer people: ( copied from a post from last year):

For anyone interested, I did this quickie calculation for how much old fluid you remove with a 4EAT trans drain and fill:

Assuming 9.8 quarts at full, and draining out 4 quarts each time, you will remove 40.8% of the old fluid each draining:

1st draining leaves 5.8 quarts.
2nd - 2.35 qts
3rd - .97 qts
4th - .39 qts
5th - .16 qts

And don't forget to drain the oil cooler at the bottom of the radiator, as well as the tranny oil filter.
