huh? do you mean a legacy GT hood? did you see a pic of the diesels that aren't available in america? oh yeah 4th gen legacy is 3rd gen outback so nevermind

This has been discussed before. The part number for the non-GT Legacy hood (2010-2012) will fit an Outback of the same years, the part number is the same. From that knowledge it can be pretty safely assumed that the GT hood (with scoop) will fit.

This is all assuming you're talking about the current model of both (2010-2013)

Oh come on Upflying - we all know that turbo hoods are faster than standard hoods. Geeze thought everyone knew that. ;-)

Way back in the day when subaru put hood scoop / vent hoods on non turbo engines they ran into water damage issues to sensitive bits on the top of the throttle body. I wouldn't do this unless you put the engine which uses this intake under it which case by all means go for it a turbo gen 4 OB would be a rare item to have.
