I can't comment on those specific Kumho's, but I picked up the Ecsta LX Platinum something or whatevers about a year, maybe 1.5 years ago. They aren't a high performance tire - but I wanted something with better treadwear than the Yokohama V4s I had prior.
Price was right, especially with the rebate, traction is good - even in the heavy snow we had last year, and they're certainly quiet on the road. I think I have ~15-20k on them and wear is pretty minimal. Asymmetric tread means you can rotate them to any spot.
