You won't get a break for the 90k + other work. They charge you for each thing on the list. So it's totally up to you if it's more convienent, then do it all now. Otherwise wait. 5k either way won't matter. I think the 90k is just a coolant change, so no big ticket item. It's the 105k timing belt that will cost.
