3 sources for a whistle at high speed I can think of; tabs at bottom of intake filter box not seated, exhaust leak, windshield wiper blades.

Fuel pressure......we just installed a new fuel pump and filter so I don't think that is it and this has been ever since we got it. Almost makes you think it has a turbo........and the sound is definitely coming from the motor.
