just looking to use the stock rims, just need new tires (one of them I have now has a shifted belt). If the oem tire size is wide enough for the stock rim with stock suspension I will leave it as is, I was just looking for a wider stance on the rim (mainly looks, any added handling benefit is fine too)
I put 235/55R17 on my 2014 partly because I found it too easy to hit curbs with the wheels instead of the tires when cutting corners in parking lots, and because the continental extreme contacts don't come in anything taller than a 55. No problems and no new curb rash on the wheels so far. You might get 245/55 or 245/50 to work too, but much wider than that and you will run out of clearance to the struts.
