Update: On 11 September (after my email threatening to contact the BBB) they told me that there was a delay at the manufacturer, and that they new ship date was 21 September. They then shipped the seat covers on 12 September, which tells me that their ship dates are a giant crap shoot. I won't be shopping with them again.
