How should I prepare my 2019 Outback for driving in the sand beaches in the Outer Banks in Corolla.

you need to have some equipment with you too. I wasn't prepared when I went out there and couldn't legally do it, its a fine if your caught without it. I think its a jack and shovel and maybe jack stands but check before you go I cant remember exactly what they wanted you to have.

I don't think they care about shovels and that stuff - the tire pressure is a safety issue, so that's a requirement. Also need a permit to go out there in the summer (beach parking permit).
