Went to my dealer to buy some oil crush washers and the Parts person handed me six of them and said no charge, I was so impressed with this that I asked if I could use my 10% coupon (which I forgot) to get the seat back protector's. He said no problem. When I got home and looked at the invoice I noticed that he gave me 20% off. I will diffidently give Bergstrom parts first shot at anything for my Subaru
