Do the 235/60/17 primacys fit on the stock rims? I had michelin primacy mxv4s on my 05 and they were great.
Yup, stock 2011 Limited 17's, fit fine. Love them, just took them up to South Lake Tahoe without chains.

So the 235/60 17 works with the stock wheel I imagine? I'll have to look tghem up to see the difference in diameter. I'm leaning towards the 55 AR over the 60 slightly just because the car is already a little floaty but the 60 would fil up the wheel arch nicely. No issues rubbing with that large of a tire?

No rubbing issues. Even turning all the way.

I'd like to see those photos.

Here are a couple photos of my meaty tires. Good quiet ride, very capable tires, loved them in south lake this past weekend.

Ninja.... I am no parking garage expert, but that looks like The Ridge at Tahoe. Thanks for the pics. I am not in need of news tires yet, but will check them out as the time gets closer.

Hey Sammy,
Good guess, as we are up in Tahoe a lot, but that's back at home in SJ. We will be up there again soon in the New Year.

Tires do look good. Wanted to do the same thing to my 2011. Any impact on mpg? I currently get 28 around town on original tires.
I took a hit of about 1-2 mpg, but I think it's worth it. The Subaru seems to be wearing them down quickly though. They are wearing evenly, but I will definitely not hit the 70k mark they are advertised as.

I will definitely go for a similar size with my next set, I like the look, but I really like the grip and feel of them. Good luck! Michelin also has a new 90k tire, the Hydroedge, I will probably get that next.
