Yes. Same question has been asked here a number of times. It's probably the fuel evaporation control system running a test. Seems to do this after the car is stopped for a few hours. I believe the 2013 is the first year with this particular test. If I recall correctly, someone posted that it might be mentioned in the 2013 owners manual.
