I purchased my 2013 OB with the 6 speed manual transmission specifically for towing motorcycles.

I installed the 2" Hidden hitch, and tow a 300 pound rail trailer with 900 pounds worth of dirt bikes, and usually have 3 men with all our gear in the car.

Have been averaging 22mpg @ 55mph, and 20mpg @ 65mph.

The Outback tows great, and is very stable with no swaying or jerking.

My new trailer... I have only put about 20 miles on it so far. You notice it back there at highway speeds due to the drag, but in town it doesn't make much difference. The day I bought it, it was a bit windy. I didn't even realize it until I stopped and got out. The OB handled it just fine.

This is my open trailer with a load of old wood from a deck. This is the first time I've pulled and I was really impressed with how well the OB did. No lack of power at all, especially compared to my Jeep.
