Hello everyone, I'd really appreciate some help fixing my '06 outback sport if possible. I left the car in my garage over the weekend, started it up for the 1st time this morning and the check engine light stayed on and cruise control started flashing. The car actually ran fine with no extra noises, so I went to autozone, the code they read was P1491 - Positive Crankcase Ventilation (Blow-by) Function Problem. Their suggestion was to go to a mechanic and get my pcv valve or blow-by hose replaced. after a little more surveying of the situation myself I noticed a wire on top of the engine was broken, it looked like it got chewed through recently as there was still pieces of the insulation nearby. I'll attach pictures of the wire below, if someone could just identify it and let me know a solution if possible that would be awesome.

get the wire(s) repaired, clear the code, monitor for it to return.

all codes will disable the cruise control (and any traction control) by design.
