I just bought a set of OBXT rims from someone and they are in extremely good shape with the exception of some corrosion around the center caps. How would I go about cleaning up the corrosion off the center of the wheels without destroying the finish on the rest of the wheels? I should also mention that they aren't the gunmedal color either. -Thanks

If WD40 doesn't break things up you can try Mother's aluminum polish. Use a cloth and rub in a circular motion. It should turn black and come clean if you're dealing with topical grime. You can also add a little cornstarch to it for heavier stuff.

If they're not pitted you should be able to buff them to a nice shine. I don't believe there is any finish on the face of the old XT wheels.
