The RH headlight is very dim, it stays dim with the DRL(DaytimeRunningLights) on, low beam on or hi-beam on.
Both halogen lights replaced.
I swapped the headlight relays and the fuses in the engine compartment, no change.
Tried grounding the light directly (red and yel/blu wires), but only slight improvement.

Any thoughts on what's causing this?

Problem Solved!

The Black/Yellow (power) wire was chaffed and baddly corroded (a few feet from socket on LH side)
Installed a new wire from headlight socket to fuse.

Well, you've run through all my guesses. Any chance the harness got pinched or damaged?

Is the headlight unit dirty inside it, or has the light had water in it at some stage? If they get water in them sometimes the reflective lining flakes off making the light look dim.
