What was the hardest part and what was the thing that surprised you most, good or bad?

Hardest part was not knowing how to take apart things, being a novice. The service manual helps but doesn't have every bit of the details. The Katzkin was direct replacement with the correct attachment pieces in the right points with exception of a couple of spots. I had to improvise and make it work. Also quite a few holes had to be cut, especially the rear seats.
