I have no first hand experience, but can say that anecdotally it will bolt up and provide clearance for turbo parts. I can't say if the steering racks are interchangeable, so you'll want to research that. I do remember seeing that the quicker ration STi rack requires cutting and welding to connect to the stock steering column.
If you're scheming for a turbo conversion, there is a facebook group chocked full of experts titled something along the lines of "NA-T something or other"
I deleted my facebook, but several experts reside there including Bailey Bronson, Tyler Hartman, Scott Wrona, etc
They speak the NA-T gospel. Everyone else just pretends.
