I put off any comments until my first service. Car is 2013 Outback EyeSight.

The sales process was great here. IMBA VIP purchase, good sales staff, no nonsense, good inventory selection.

I was impressed with their handling the minor things that can come up with a new car. One wheel had a bubble in the finish, they replaced it. One tire had feathering and visible wear. They did an alignment and also rotated the tires because of that wear.

Mechanic said some parameters can be adjusted with their computer. He looked to see if auto door lock was an option, asked if I wanted any parameters adjusted, and I believe checked what I'll call firmware of the car.

The car has had an under dash rattle since new. They could not diagnose it because the roads are ice and snow covered but they tried.

My mother in law has an Outback a year older purchased from same firm's east dealership. Same good experience there.

I got both drop off and pick up at work while they had the car.

The relationship is early (first Subaru, first service) but the dealer seems great and same for the car.
