Hi all,

I just got my 1st outback 2019 2.5i limited. Looking to do some off roading. Does anyone know 馃 how deep water I can drive in? I'm all stock as of now.

Not very deep. There are some after market parts to move things higher like the differential vent. However unlike a Jeep Wrangler, this was not a major design point for the Outback and rightfully so.

You can drive in very deep water.
It's how deep of water you can drive out of that is important. ;)

This is as deep as I've been through.

I wouldn't advise it without the above mentioned bypass or a DIY version.

I think the manual states that it's able to go through water up to the body of the car.

The title and poll question don't match. Offroading does not automatically mean driving in water, but you are wondering about driving in water specifically. So it is unclear what people are answering in the poll.
