does anyone know how to adjust the bumper mounted driving lights on the australian my04 outback

With great difficulty. It's a pain in the ...... just to change globes with those foglights, you need to lift the front of the car to gain access behind the plastic splashguard and the globe holder behind the foglight.

As for adjusting the aim, try checking out Soobymods.com, I think from memory they have a thread about adjusting the aim of the foglights.

The scoobymods unfortunately only explain the headlight aiming.

Most likely, they are screw type adjusters and they will aim up if you twist it to the right, and down on the left rotation.

I know for the older ones are mounted outside, the newer ones may be internal.

As for lifting the car, unless the ground clearance has changed from the BG6 chassis to current, you shouldn't have to jack up the car. Unless you very incapable of working in tight spaces. I would turn the wheels to the inside of the car on whatever side I am working on.
